It seems a bit anticlimactic this far into November, but I am duty-bound to report that I heard Christmas music playing in the grocery store for the first time today.

I will not carry on. I'm going to throw myself on the floor, kicking and screaming. It's not even Thanksgiving yet!
So I'm guessing it's better not to mention that a lot of people in my neighborhood have decorated their homes already? And some have trees up?
See what happens when there's no Thanksgiving or Halloween?
They were playing Christmas music hereabouts at Halloween, I s*&$ you not.

I've seen not an errant star nor heard a carrolly note, on accounta I'm a freakin' recluse and don't listen to the radio or shop or drive through anywhere remotely suburban.
