Before and...well, a little after "before"

This is my hot water tank leaking:





It's not there anymore. Now there's an on-demand heater sitting there instead. But the electrician guy who installed it says all the wiring and the breakers are all wrong for it. So I don't think it's quite time for an "after" picture.
