Get thee to a bank and get yourself a roll of those coins. That will surely slow the frequency of the visits from the tooth fairy.
Or maybe that is just my luck, you know, like me buying a potty training book Monday morning and Emily peeing in the potty for the first time in MONTHS Monday afternoon.
Raising our future Costa Rican Overlrods, here in Costa Rica. There's a turtle and a parrot (both Costa Rican) and a lot of purple things. It's all good.

You'd think so! :)
Dear Jen -- Haven't caught up on my blog-roll for a bit. What a WOW picture!
If you had a "donate to this blog" button on your blog, I'd send some hard cold cash to help the tooth fairy out. :)
Thank GOD they only have a limited number of teeth!
Hee!
Well, 500 colones is actually about 94 cents, so it's not the financial strain so much as the actual coinage.
Those darned 500s are so handy when you're out shopping that I don't always have one when I need it most.
Last night I went ahead and used five 100-colon coins, since I know Robin understands the equivalent value.
It was giving the older child more coins and trying to explain it to the younger that didn't seem like a good idea on Sunday.
